6. Slowly pull up the pressure rods on both sides, and then press them down hard to complete the extraction.

Although this device claims to be for two people, it is only enough for one person according to my personal taste. If the beans are fresh enough, the water temperature is hot enough, and the pressure is just right, the coffee fat will still be pressed out, and with the manual milk machine, a good cappuccino or latte will be made. The most important thing is that it does not require power and fire, which makes its use range expanded a lot.
