Prepare a small cup of freshly roasted and immediately ground coffee beans.

Smell and dry first.

After boiling, let stand for about half a minute until the temperature drops slightly. The hot water temperature is about 95℃ and then poured into the coffee cup.

Come forward and smell the aroma as the vapor rises.

Let the coffee sample sit for 3-5 minutes, then stir with a long tablespoon.

Remove coffee grounds from floating surfaces.
