Large consumption makes coffee one of the most popular commodities in the world. More than 60 countries mainly produce coffee and trade coffee. These countries rely heavily on coffee exports. According to statistics, the coffee export income of many countries accounts for 50% of the total export income. Therefore, through mutual trust and cooperation between countries and countries, coffee imports and exports need to achieve a balance between supply and demand, promote the sustainable development of the coffee industry, and help improve the living standards of coffee exporting countries.

The founding of the history:

In the 19th century, coffee became an important commodity in the international market. for a long time, the coffee market was in a state of oversupply. This situation caused coffee bars to be on the low side, but occasionally there was a high level of supply that did not meet demand. Nevertheless, the coffee market was still flat.

During the period from 1939 to 1945, the coffee market declined due to an oversupply of coffee market caused by economic crisis and economic crisis.

At the beginning of the end of the two decades in 1950-1953, the demand for coffee increased sharply, and the supply of coffee fell short of the demand. The subsequent drought in Brazil and the ensuing frost made the market worse. Because of the high supply that does not meet the demand, many farmers think that growing coffee is very profitable, on the contrary, it has greatly increased the output of rice noodles and exceeded the output.

In the early 1960s, coffee production fell sharply, which was also a political catastrophe for coffee-producing countries in Latin America and Africa. In view of this, in 1962, with the assistance of the United Nations, the International Coffee Organization was established in London, England, and signed the first International Coffee Agreement, that is, the so-called International Coffee Convention, which has been developed and continued to this day.
