Coffee brewing method-the reason why the temperature of the upper seat of the siphon pot cannot go up and its solution
The method of powdered coffee is usually used, that is, after all the water comes up, the coffee powder is added. Of course, there is a temperature requirement when powdering here, usually at 85-88 degrees Celsius. Since there is a requirement for temperature, it is particularly important to control the temperature of the water on the siphon pot.
First, the reason why the temperature of the upper seat of the siphon pot does not go up:
1. Heating with alcohol lamp: the heating tool of the siphon pot is the alcohol lamp, and the heat of the alcohol lamp is low, so using the alcohol lamp to heat the siphon pot has little effect on the temperature of the upper pot. If the siphon pot coffee is made in a windy and flowing environment, the water temperature of the upper seat may also appear, and if it is getting lower and lower, it is also possible that the water in the upper pot will come down as soon as the breeze blows.
2. The water temperature added is on the low side: when the water temperature added in the lower seat of the siphon pot is as low as 85 degrees, we directly insert the upper seat of the siphon pot into the lower seat, then all the water rises to the upper seat, the water temperature of the upper seat can not go up either.
Second, the solution to the problem that the temperature of the upper seat of the siphon can not go up:
1. Use high-calorie heating tools: this problem can be solved by using high-calorie heating tools such as small gas stoves and halogen lamps to heat the siphon pot.
2. If you insist on using an alcohol lamp to heat the siphon pot, give two suggestions:
A. Chen Lei has a bad habit of directly using higher water temperature to make siphon pot coffee. Chen Lei has a bad habit of directly connecting 92 degrees water in the boiler of the coffee machine to make siphon pot coffee.
B. If the water temperature in the lower seat of the siphon pot is low, it is recommended to insert the upper seat of the siphon pot obliquely first, and then insert the upper seat when the water temperature rises to the ideal temperature.
