Raw bean receiving device

The raw bean receiving device can be packed in a single large bag, in the form of a 60kg / bag stacked on a tray, or even loaded in a super-large bag or in a container, or on a truck. No matter which form, the raw bean receiving system can handle it. You only need to choose different devices, either from the tray or from the truck, which are easy to unload. When all the transport bags are emptied, the quality of raw beans has been tested with reference to the sample. You can choose manual or automatic methods. At the same time, the water content of raw beans has also been detected.

Whether it is raw beans, cooked beans or coffee powder, coffee is transported from one place to another many times in the production process. In order to ensure the quality of the final product, the transportation link is very important.

According to the site conditions, Probat can design a customized transportation system. Customers can choose between mechanical transportation and pneumatic transportation.

Mechanical conveying systems are usually simple, but not flexible enough. Due to the modular construction and on-site construction, the condition cost of all construction sites is critical. Generally speaking, the investment cost of mechanical transportation is low. Especially the short and straight conveying path.

Pneumatic conveying is the transmission of products through high / low pressure. In principle, the transportation has been done in an airtight pipeline. The advantage of pneumatic conveying is that it is flexible, it is not limited by the site, and the working point can be increased at will.

Before baking, some recipes need to be weighed in advance from different coffee storage tanks to mix a certain amount of raw beans, which we call formula weighing. The mixed raw beans are transported to the baking equipment through the pneumatic conveying system.

BROKER series

A typical silo-designed storage station is used to store roasted coffee beans. The storage station is a cylindrical multi-cavity structure, and all the cavities are distributed around the central axis.

The storage capacity of the multi-capacity cavity storage station is 1100 tons, depending on the size and number of products to be stored.

The distribution of rectangular silo containers is one by one, and the space is optimized, which is very suitable for large-capacity storage. Raw coffee beans and roasted coffee beans are stored in separate units according to different types.

The packing of the cavity uses a special device: a rotary tubular distributor with multiple outputs that can be distributed to one feed end.

Usually, the remaining heat from coffee roasting is discharged outdoors through pipes. In the baking plant, the exhaust gas temperature can reach between 320℃ and 860℃.

The body temperature mainly depends on the specific waste gas treatment unit. This energy has been discharged outdoors before it has been fully utilized.

Energy conservation and emission reduction has not only become an urgent task to save the growing energy costs and meet the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection, but also in line with the needs of economic rationality.

How to use the remaining energy cleverly?

On the one hand, the remaining heat can be reused in the baking process by using the heat exchanger, and it can also be used in other aspects (boiling water, heating).
