What are 90 + coffee beans? What does Yega Sheffield coffee 90 + mean?

Our daily term 90 + has two meanings. The first meaning is "American 90 + Coffee Company" and the second meaning is the rating of raw coffee beans by professional institutions. When purchasing raw coffee beans from the producing area or manor, coffee roasters and traders will first test and score the coffee beans from the producing area or manor as a reference for purchase. For this purpose, SCAA American Fine Coffee Association has developed a set of scoring criteria for reference, and the purchase price is based on the score, so that coffee farmers can get a better income and improve their enthusiasm for coffee cultivation. The formal coffee cup test is to let coffee beans with the same degree of roasting, the simplest way of extraction, as the standard for evaluation. At present, it is roughly divided into two systems: SCAA American Fine Coffee Association and COE Outstanding Cup Competition, which can score and publish raw coffee beans.
90 + coffee raw beans are extremely high-quality raw beans with a cup score of more than 90 points, and 90 + coffee raw beans are recognized by Q-Grader of SCAA CQI.
