Naturally, many friends meet and send welcome gifts, so they don't have to go over and choose. Everyone will bring coffee if they agree. This time my friend is from Austria, again, a cup of coffee.
It is true that I have no expectations for the freshness of coffee, but recently, I am very interested in blending itself, and I have been experimenting with recipes with different styles. In terms of blending experience, European and American beans, it is certainly not a bad thing to try more. Vienna roasting is basically medium-deep, although it is a German-speaking country, but the taste preference of Austrian coffee is completely different from that of Germany. Germans like coffee with slightly sour taste, while Austrians prefer coffee with cream, and coffee itself also prefers calm taste, which tends to be traditional.
This time my friend brought the traditional Austrian brand, or rather the Viennese brand Helmut Sachers, which I saw when I was in Austria.
