Indonesia P.T.Toarco Jaya Toona G1
This batch of Tonas comes from the P.T.Toarco Jaya processing plant, where almost all Sulawesi's high-quality beans come from. The defect rate of this batch of G1 is very low, 300 grams of beans are almost zero.
In baking, instead of deep baking for traditional Indonesian beans, it is slightly shallow and clean, without all the woody aromas and licorice flavors of Manning, the latter part of the cocoa taste is prominent, weak sour, looming, and the sweetness is also very good, but the mellowness is slightly lower than that of yellow mandarin. On the whole, I miss the combination of Manning and Sino-American beans.
