The species of Ruvuma AAA wave in Tanzania
one
I once entered a batch of Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, which tasted unimaginable, and it was indeed difficult to compete with its northern neighbor Kenya, but then a batch of bourbon AAA beans from Mbinga region of Ruvuma province in southern Tanzania caught my eyes at that time. Although I still want to compare Kenya, its flavor and taste are definitely not inferior to those of AA Kenya. As a result, when he saw that the merchants had goods this year, he decisively mended a sack.
So why do I say that he is a "failure"? in this day and age, nothing is unusual. Now there are micro controls, this control and that control, and many friends who know me may know that I am an authentic coffee sack controller. Coffee is better, sacks are even more beautiful, while most of the sacks from the African continent do not seem to be exquisite enough for printing and dyeing, and many of them are rough. This gunny bag from Tanzania can only be described as "more".

Crop 2010 take 2011 (harvest season 10-11, the latest batch of beans so far)
[Jinyu: Lumumar AAA, Tanzania]
As for Ruvuma in the name, I am used to transliteration as Lumuma, which is actually the name of the coffee producers' cooperative, named after the administrative district where it is located, and Ruvuma province is named after the Ruvuma River, the main river in the area. The Ruvuma Cooperative uses water washing and scaffolding sun drying to upgrade raw beans from Tanzania to the level of fine beans. Due to the climate, the infrastructure for coffee processing and the means of transportation in southern Tanzania, beans in the region also outperform Kilimanjaro in general, although for a long time, round beans and Kilimanjaro seem to have become synonymous with Tanzanian coffee. Ruvuma AAA is a high-quality bean whose performance is relatively stable in recent years and can often be seen on the Internet in Europe and the United States in recent years.
Tanzanian beans, which are somewhat similar to Kenya in grading, are generally rated by the size of coffee.
But it's not exactly the same:
Above AAA19 item
AA18 order
A17 order
B15, 16 orders
Below C14
PB round bean
AF low-quality beans blown by AA and AAA
TT low-quality beans blown from grades An and B.
F broken or insufficient quality beans blown out of grade C
Therefore, according to this rating standard, AAA is one of the highest-ranking beans in Tanzania.

After I got the beans, I baked them back and forth three times, and the taste didn't disappoint me at all. I didn't know if it was because of bourbon, and the mellowness was very good, although the acidity was not as elegant as Kenya and full of fantasy. but it looks very smooth, sweet and lively, after drinking, stay fragrant for a long time.

Brazil is the country with the largest coffee output in the world, but most of it gives people the impression that the quality of Brazilian coffee is not satisfactory and lacks characteristics. The Doctrine of the mean has become synonymous with Brazilian coffee, and it is more used for blending. The high-quality Brazilian coffee beans suitable for a single product are much less than those in other countries and regions in Central and South America.
