The way to pull flowers:

1. Prepare milk foam

The most critical and basic element of "pulling flowers" is milk bubbles. In order to pull beautiful flowers, you must first make dense and meticulous milk bubbles. It can be said that in coffee flowers, the role of milk bubbles is like a dye in painting. Without it, pulling flowers would be impossible to talk about power. After making milk foam, remember to carefully examine the quality of milk foam, if there are thicker milk bubbles floating on the surface, be sure to remove them, so as not to affect the effect of flower drawing.

2. Brewing coffee base

In addition to the "paint", there should also be "paper" for painting, that is, the base of the flower. Don't forget that the flower is always a practical art. Flower drawing steps:

1) first inject the coffee base into the coffee cup, note that because the flower puller needs to inject a large number of milk bubbles into the cup, the amount of the coffee base in the cup should be strictly controlled, and the amount of the base is too large, so that there is not enough space in the cup to fully draw the flowers. On the contrary, if the amount of the base is too small, there is too little coffee liquid to accept the milk foam, and the flower can not be fully expressed. It will also cause the imbalance between milk foam and coffee, thus diluting the aroma of the coffee itself, so that the coffee you make has only a milky taste, while the coffee has little taste or even no taste at all.

2) gently inject the milk foam into the coffee cup of the coffee base, and after the milk foam and the coffee base are fully mixed, the surface of the mixture of coffee and milk foam in the cup presents a thick paste. At this time, the milk foam and the base should have reached the position of 1/3 or half of the coffee cup, and you can begin to draw flowers formally.

3) the hand holding the tub gently shakes left and right, showing a zigzag movement, so that the foam in the jar is slowly injected into the surface of the mixed liquid in the cup through the pointed mouth, at this time, because the concentration of the mixed liquid in the cup is already very high, the sticky mixture sets off the foam injected into the residence, and the foam no longer sinks or sinks slowly in a short period of time, and begins to leave a white pattern in the cup.
