A lot of caffeine comes from these processing plants and has become a hundred times more expensive. The sun tuition fee produced by Kebel Aricha Mill is one of them. This coffee is also what we often call ARICHA beans. It is classified as Gr.1 or G1 (the highest grade of Ethiopian coffee) by ECX after exquisite sun treatment by Kebel Aricha processing plant, which is known as the "king of fruit".
