3. A number of processing enterprises have been cultivated
By the end of 2011, the province had an annual production capacity of 11000 tons, more than 250 peeling primary processing plants with an annual processing capacity of 200,500t / seat, and 43 shelling and grading primary processing plants with an annual processing capacity of more than 500t / seat. There are 6 roasting and instant powder packing and processing enterprises, among which Yunnan Hougu Coffee Company is the only national key leading enterprise in China's coffee industry, with two instant coffee production lines with an annual production capacity of 3000 tons and two instant coffee production lines with an annual production capacity of 11000 tons. With "back Valley", "Le Shou", "Golden Canyon", "Yunling", "Beigui", "Yunfu", "Sang Wright", "Yunyi", "Hump" and other major brands, obtained a number of organic and green food certification.
4. The technical system of planting and primary processing has been basically established.
Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Dehong Prefecture Tropical crop Research Institute, Yunnan Tropical crop Research Institute, Provincial Tropical crop School and the Agronomic Department of Nestl é (China) Company have long been engaged in the introduction and breeding of Arabica coffee, research and promotion of primary processing technology and personnel training. The introduction, trial planting and evaluation of many varieties showed that the yield of coffee beans per mu was more than 150 kg in many continuous coffee gardens and 350 kg per mu in a few areas. the technical system of high-yield cultivation, pest control and primary processing of coffee was basically formed. Some enterprises have introduced primary processing equipment and technology from Brazil, Colombia and other countries, which have played an exemplary and promoting role in improving product quality.
