Family baking plan A
Plan:
1: economical and easy to find equipment
2: economic and environmental protection, no pollution and harmless
3: easy to operate

Main equipment: (excluding cooling part)
A: heating source. -using gas heating, it is very difficult for us to control the heat intuitively. Now we use induction cookers in this plan.
As a heating source.
Expected benefits: 1, environmental protection is clean; 2, the wattage of the heat source can be adjusted to easily control the temperature needed; 3, safety.
Estimated defects: 1, heating is not as direct and rapid as gas; 2, it is not easy to keep heating stable when micro-controlled temperature
Treatment method: 1, temperature control by leaving the heating source
2, the gas heating can be changed in time when it is not ideal.
B: the main furnace. -use a thick-bottomed pan with no single handle or double ears, with a transparent glass cover.
Expected benefits: 1, the thick bottom makes the heat dissipation in the pot more uniform after heating.
2. the transparent glass cover can lock the heat and observe the baking at the same time.
Estimated defects: 1, heating the thick bottom with an induction cooker may lead to excessive slow heating and poor temperature stability.
Treatment: 1, change the pan with thin bottom.
C: metal rings and metal strainer (preferably pot diameter sized strainer and metal ring, which can be welded on the strainer)-
It plays the role of laying the bottom of the pot here, isolating the beans from the bottom of the pot.
Expected benefits: 1, further isolate beans from burns caused by direct heating at the bottom of the pot
2, so that there is a layer of space between the bean and the bottom of the pot to facilitate the uniform distribution of hot air to avoid local heating.
3, the function of collecting silver skin may appear in the compartment space.
Estimated defects: 1. Unstable connection of pan bottom, strainer and iron ring will cause beans to leak when shaking the pan.
2, beans are limited in heat.
3, if silver skin accumulation occurs, it may affect the taste due to direct contact with heat source burning.
Treatment: 1, weld the metal filter and the metal ring together
2, the metal ring is welded at the bottom of the pot, and the filter screen is embedded.
D: metal loose-leaf. -it is expected to connect the lid and the body of the pot here.
Expected benefits: 1, in the baking process, can stabilize the pot cover
Estimated defects: 1, the connection is not tight enough, the pot cover is easy to loose
Handling method: 1, use other connection methods
E: timer. -easy to record baking time.
F: oven thermometer. High temperature resistance is required, which is used to monitor the actual temperature in the pot during baking.
Expected benefits: 1, the baking can be monitored according to the actual temperature
Estimated defects: 1, affected by the thermometer itself, sealing conditions and other errors may be larger.
Treatment: 1, find the parts of the digital temperature oven.
Note:
1: the loose-leaf connection must not have too large holes, so that the internal seal is too poor.
2: the bean screen layer needs to be made carefully, looking forward to a better design idea.
3: the thermometer probe can be drilled and inserted at the top handle of the pot cover.

Collect some data and opinions of the roaster.
1. First of all, I feel that the most important part of the coffee machine is to solve the drum problem. The first one in the picture above is the alp drum, which should be evenly stirred, but it is very troublesome for us to design this kind of design. The second is hottop's drum, which feels that the baking of small grams is very good, especially the middle slide can not only stir beans from separate parts, but also be good.

The chemical composition of coffee
Coffee is a complex mixture of potential "neutriceuticals". The chemical composition of coffee is determined by a number of factors: agriculture, roasting, blending, and brewing. The main elements of coffee have been known for more than half a century.
