Coffee pull foam requires skills-how to pull flowers in a coffee machine

When the temperature of the milk is 55 ℃-65 ℃, the lactose in the milk will be excited, no matter the sweetness, taste and nutrition are the best, so the temperature of the milk bubble must not exceed 65 ℃, but if the temperature is made to make the foam more stable, the temperature can be a little lower, usually the milk temperature of the contestants is basically controlled at 40-50 ℃, or even lower, because the high milk temperature will accelerate the decomposition of the foam. The reason why many flowers are spent on the back lines is that the milk temperature is too high.

First of all, we put two cups, one called cylinder An and the other called cylinder B. when making flower drawing, there is a direct A cylinder to milk A cylinder and a cylinder to pull flowers directly. The second is to pump milk in cylinder A, then pour it into cylinder B and pull flowers with cylinder B. The latter is called cylinder separation, which makes the upper and lower layers of the foam consistent. When making a combination pattern that needs to be injected many times, separate cylinders are mostly used to improve the problem that there is no separation of milk bubbles and foam in the later stage. Usually the former is used in the embossing pattern, and the latter is used in the combination. Of course, if you are very confident in the dense handling of milk foam, the production combination can also be directly milked and pulled directly, but dividing the vats will make the effect better.

When making flower drawing, on the basis of ensuring the shaping of the pattern, the thinner the foam presents, the more delicate the pattern will appear, and the higher the contrast and cleanliness will be. On the contrary, if the foam is very thick, the lines will be very thick, and it is difficult to make exquisite and beautiful patterns. So what is thin and what is thick? For example, if the milk is 100ml before the milk is disposed, and the foaming quantity is 10ml after the milk is 110ml, this is called thin. If the milk is 200ml, it turns into 300ml, which is thick, usually the volume after foaming is 1.2-1.4 times the original volume, depending on the pattern you want to make and debug it yourself.

1. Try to make flower patterns. This kind of flower pattern is simple, elegant and easy to make. Of course, all the art of flower drawing takes time to master. The height of the foam is about 2-3 cm from the bottom. When the cup is about half full, gently shake the cup back and forth and move it back slowly. The flower pattern stretches forward until the cup is filled with noodles. Shake with your wrist and shake it gently instead of shaking it back with your hands. Alpha

2. Try to make a heart-shaped pattern. This kind of pattern is also relatively easy, but it also takes practice to master.

At first, put the cup close to the mouth of the coffee cup and pour a little milk foam in the same fixed place. Then raise the cup about an inch (2.54 cm) and pour it into a circle. Notice that the milk cup is moving, not the coffee cup. Keep the injected foam flow in the same position and shake the cup back and forth to form a circle pattern. When the foam is almost finished, pull the cup over the heart-shaped pattern and draw the heart-shaped tail. Alpha

3. Decorate with templates, powder and foam. This step is optional or optional, because many people like to limit the art of flower drawing to a "free form" method. If you are willing to explore the various patterns that can be made by similar "etching" methods, you might as well try the following techniques. Alpha

To write on a bubble, such as "love", melt the milk chocolate and use a needle as a paintbrush to drag the liquid chocolate onto the foam to write. A more common practice is to poke the needle into the cream layer on the coffee and then drag the cream to draw a pattern on the pure white foam.

Chocolate can also be used to paint in other ways. Pour the chocolate syrup on the foam layer and use a needle to create the pattern. Draw the outline of the pattern on the foam with chocolate. Draw many connected circles along the chocolate with a needle. In this way, you can draw wavy chocolate patterns.
