Rosa Geisha was discovered in the Rose Summer Forest of Ethiopia in 1931. Rosa was then sent to the Coffee Institute in Kenya, introduced to Uganda and Tanzania in 1936, Costa Rica in 1953 and Panama in 1970.

At first, not many people paid much attention to Rose Summer, until the Emerald Manor La Esmeralda of Panama separated it from other varieties in 2003, entered the competition in 2004, and became the champion of the BOP contest.

The delicacy and elegance of the flavor of Rosa Variety comes from the specific planting environment. Rose varieties are very picky about their growing environment and are required to be planted in areas with high altitude, cloudy shade or a large number of shade trees and fertile soil.

Among them, Panamanian Poquet is the most representative, and the rosy summer produced here is loved by coffee lovers, and the famous Emerald Manor is also located in it. At present, Jade Manor has three sub-estates: El Velo Veil Manor, Caas Verdes Manor Kannas Vidis, and Jaramillo Manor Haramillo. The Hope Manor is located in the forest at an altitude of 1400-1650 meters, harvesting fully mature coffee beans by hand. Coffee farmers adhere to a good planting environment and perseverance to control the quality of raw coffee beans. It is the winner of the 2007 Colombian coffee competition. In 2008, it also won 9th and 12th and 14th (different coffee growers).
