Ninety Plus Nekisse N2 L12 Ethiopia, amazing peach flavor!

Nekisse N2 L12 Ethiopia
Nekisse N2 Taste Profile
Nekisse N2 Taste Profile
The origin of the name: in 2009, the coffee was named after "Nectar from Shakisso", meaning it has the same flavor as nectar from the town of Shachiso in Hidamo province, Ethiopia. Nekisse is characterized by a creamy and smooth taste, a strong berry sauce, and some batches even have mixed flavors of citrus and a variety of tropical fruits. Although it was originally grown in the Shakisso producing area, the later Nekisse was produced in the Wellega and Sidama producing areas, but the name was retained. We feel that Nekisse's cultivation in Hidamo retains its original nectar and berry flavor, which distinguishes it from all other coffees from Ethiopia.
Producing area 90 + Ethiopia, Wellega (Waliga) and Sidama (Hidamo).

Baker of the year
2010 Coffea Roasterie
Nekisse N2 L12
Originally named as "Nectar from Shakisso" in 2009, the Nekisse profile is defined by creamy mouthfeel and heavy berry jam flavor, but layers of citrus and many tropical fruits can be present in some selections. Originally from Shakisso, subsequent Nekisse coffees have been developed in Wellega and Sidama. We feel Nekisse has settled well in Sidama for a consistent nectar/jammy profile that sets itself apart from all other coffees in Ethiopia.
Origin: Ninety Plus Ethiopia: Wellega and Sidama regions.
Elevation: 1750-2000m

Brandyish, yet crisp with savory wood notes. Blueberry, cherry, brandy-nuanced dark chocolate, aromatic wood, night flowers in aroma and cup, carrying into the finish. A slight hint of salt in the finish as well, but the fruit-and-brandy sweetness rings on.
Excellent quality
Joseph Brodsky, the founder of Ninety +, discovered early that all the world's high-quality raw coffee beans originated in Ethiopia, and its different flavors of many different varieties are no less than 10, 000 grapes into 1 million different wines. Ninety percent of the raw beans come from the original varieties of Ethiopia, including Gesha of Panama Manor, which is also the original variety of Ethiopian heirloom (Heirloom). The processing process is the specialty of 90 +, will separate these coffee according to variety, microclimate, fresh time one by one, taste one by one, specially design the processing method for each taste, achieve a kind of taste characteristic, just like the big brand design, study attentively, spend painstaking efforts to complete a handicraft that is close to art. Natural products go through a lot of refinement and improvement, and finally reach the most beautiful posture to present the content to everyone.

Nowadays, Puerto Rico's coffee is not even enough for domestic demand, and it still needs to import raw beans from other places for baking, so we don't know how much of the coffee we snapped up was picked on the island. But the shortage of coffee on the island is not entirely due to the decline in production. Because of the closer relationship with the United States, few local people are willing to engage in the coffee-picking business. According to records, every year on the tree
