The new coffee machine "steam punk"
Coffee lovers must have noticed that with the continuous growth of global coffee consumption in recent years, new coffee utensils have been invented, such as love pressure, extraction tower, and so on, and they all come from the same "place". People can't help but sigh at its spirit of innovation and creativity. This is not, in the upcoming (April 19-21, Portland) 24th annual exhibition of the American Fine Coffee Association, will be unveiled a new coffee utensils "steam punk" (STEAMPUNK). Coffee lovers can take a peek at booth 10085 of the exhibition and taste the coffee made by the appliance.
Steam punk (STEAMPUNK) is designed by Mr. Khristian Bombeck, who has 10 years of experience in the coffee industry, and produced by Alpha Dominche in the United States. it is an automated, temperature-controllable 21st century siphon pot that draws lessons from the traditional siphon coffee making method. Its appearance is very stylish and belongs to a single cup production system, which allows coffee makers to produce four cups of rich and balanced coffee in about 30 seconds at the same time. Operators only need to press a few buttons on the touch screen to customize the production process of the four cups of coffee that "STEAMPUNK" will produce, so as to ensure the best flavor of each drink. Onlookers only need to watch the working process of "Steam Punk": the golden glass tube is injected with swirling steam, and the maker puts the coffee powder on the piston and presses it into the glass cylinder. Coffee powder tumbles and dances under the agitation of countless bubbles. Under the control of the operator, the coffee liquid flows gracefully into the coffee cup through a specially designed metal filter with fine holes, like an elixir. In other words, STEAMPUNK uses the so-called "past to future" technology to allow coffee makers (baristas) to turn an impromptu experience into precise control, while guests can watch the performing arts of coffee making.
Making coffee with a siphon pot mainly depends on the experience of the maker, and the coffee produced each time may taste different. "Steam Punk" draws lessons from the principle of siphon pot and adopts modern electronic control operation, so as to ensure the relatively consistent taste of coffee.
