History: This coffee area was planted about 25 years ago by Arturo Aguirre Sr., who brought seeds from El Salvador. Interestingly, many years ago, most people didn't like its exotic flavor. Also included, full fermentation, soaking for 24 hours after washing very slowly drying. This enhances taste and increases coffee preservation!
