Instructions and cooking suggestions:

The coffee produced on the island of Sumatra is commonly known as Mantenin, but in fact Mantenin is not a coffee variety or producing area, it is actually the name of a local race, what is more interesting is that the Mantenin race does not specialize in growing coffee locally, the really fierce character is the "Batak" race, who grow high-quality coffee near Lake Lindongba.

Lindong is a small town near Lake dopa, which is the largest volcanic lake in the world, and its hinterland is very large, so the difference in the quality of coffee from the north to the east will be very large. we especially found this "Blue Batak Coffee" from the highest grade of Lindong Coffee! In the case of Sumatran coffee, this is a very rare specially selected "round bean" (the same coffee tree, the taste of round beans and lentils will be different).

This Blue Batak Coffee has a very delicate and bright personality, which is very different from the coarse and deep character of other Sumatran coffee. There is a complex aroma, a special soil flavor, sugar and honey sweetness, chocolate, walnut, hazelnut, and the unique herbal flavor of Mantenin coffee. The wet aroma has a sweet "SARS" smell and aromatic beer smell, with darker malt aromas and spicy flavors. Few manning coffees can be roasted to light, because they are clean and fine enough to sip with aromas like molasses sweetness and cloves and cinnamon.

It is much brighter, more meticulous and vivid than ordinary beans in Sumatra. There is a deep malt flavor, as well as sucrose and creamy caramel, delicious, aromatic wood, cinnamon, and the "cedar" flavor of chatelau lafite, a top wine chateau.

This is a great Sumatran coffee, almost every time it is introduced, it can be said to be a second kill! --

This time we also took a lot of pains to introduce this incredible coffee again, don't miss it! --
