Instructions and cooking suggestions:

Bolina Manor (La Berlina Estate), located in the Bork District, was founded around 1900 by Mr. Mr Diaz of Colombian origin.

The coffee produced by the manor has always been respected by the Fine Coffee Association of America. At present, it is run by the Casa Ruiz family.

In this special honey-treated coffee, the latter treatment of raw beans is between washing and honey treatment. It retains the peculiar propolis and elegant soil flavor of honey treatment, as well as the clean and thorough body of washed beans. This honey bean is very sweet, dry aroma is strong caramel, with propolis and spice flavor. After adding hot water, the charming smell of honey immediately burst out, with the aroma of alpine black tea!

The cup is very much like a combination of honey and almonds, plums and raisins, high sweetness, elegant earthy taste, it is obviously "honey-treated" coffee-low acidity, round taste--

Cup test score: 89
