Bancimaji is located in a small village in southwestern Ethiopia, and the Gesha Mountains in the northwest are the most primitive places of origin for geisha.
This sun-dried bean is carefully selected by the original Gesha Estate manor, and the Gashaw farm owner carefully selects ripe coffee cherries with scaffolding sun treatment, giving the beans a unique and distinctive personality, which is different from the common Ethiopian sun-dried beans.
