Coffee cold knowledge: Colombian coffee beans can only use special sacks.
For professional baristas, please follow the coffee workshop (Wechat official account cafe_style)
The common sacks on the market are like figure (1). They are commonly used in many countries, but they are different in Colombia.
Colombia stipulates that raw coffee beans produced in Colombia can only use special sacks (figure 2), not other sacks! If you don't receive a special sack, then.
The raw materials for making sacks use plants similar to aloe (figure 3). After tearing off the leaves, you can see a trace of fiber, which is the basis of sacks.
The practice of sacks is to collect the raw materials and expose them to the sun for about two days, and then they will look like the light green on horses (figure 4). After five days of exposure, they become whiter (figure 5). Finally, it is sent to a national designated factory in Colombia to make sacks of raw coffee beans.
