Product description:

The Republic of Costa Rica, with a population of about 4.2 million, is a small country with a merger of Kyushu and the four Kingdoms. It is located in the south of Central America, bordering Panama in the southeast and Nicaragua in the north. The coastal area is rainy in the lowland tropics, the central basin of the mountainous area spreads about 2000 meters above sea level, and the temperature has a rainy season during the lower dry season. More than 70 per cent of Costa Rican coffee is on the plateau, growing at an altitude of 1700 metres, with a stable climate and volcanic fertile soil, which must allow high-quality coffee to be grown. There are seven main producing areas: Tlass, Trillis, Central Valley, West Valley, Orosi, Brenka and Turialva.

The species of Venice come from villages in northern Costa Rica. From the coffee plantations around 1990, only the species of Cathola in Venice village were grown, and high-quality, high-yield and high-quality plants were selected. After that, investigation and research began, and it turns out that this species will be a very high-quality coffee at high altitudes. This new variety, announced by the Costa Rican Coffee Association in 2010, has further developed into high-quality coffee under the privileged environment and meticulous production and processing of the Sonora plantation.
