Rainforest Alliance Certified Brazil Datra Estate Information Semi-washed Brazilian Minas Coffee Beans Brazil Datra Sunrise CERRADO

Brazil Daterra Estate is a Rainforest Alliance certified Brazilian bean.

Located in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, the Datella Estate produces high-quality Arabica coffee beans at an average planting height of 1150 meters, a stable climate of 25 degrees Celsius and cultivation in the shade of rainforests. In addition to the excellent growing environment, the farm attaches importance to rainforest, water resources and ecological protection, as well as labor rights, so that the coffee beans on the farm have four international certification organizations.

The farm divides the land it cultivates into 215 small farms, which are subdivided into 2816 small plots to grow different varieties and provide its diverse blend of bean products. In addition to farming, Datella Estate participates in projects of international organizations, continuously studies to improve the growing environment and coffee bean quality, and spares no effort in complete coffee education.

Brazilian Datera Coffee (Datera) is a new one in the past year or two. It is not a single coffee farm, but a Menasquias.(Minas Gerais) high-altitude excellent coffee farms are included in the centralized middle and later stages of processing, then dried and bagged for centralized storage management, and sold globally under the name (or company) of Daterra Coffee Farm through novel marketing methods. The member farms of Daterra Coffee are all above 1150 meters in altitude and have an average annual temperature of about 22 degrees Celsius. The farms that join must conform to the spirit of the Rainforest Alliance (R.F.A) to protect the original rainforest and enhance the community living environment and family income of the members.

Coffee is immediately harvested and sent from the production site to the treatment plant. The water for coffee treatment comes from underground well water because no chemical components are added during the process. After use, it can be used for irrigation without any damage to the natural environment. The Datla sun beans and other Brazilian natural sun method is a little different, Datla coffee beans in the sun field for 3 days, moved to hot water through the tube as a heat source dryer temperature maintained not more than 30 degrees, until the overall humidity of coffee beans dropped to 11%, and then coffee moved to a special wooden box, about 60 days after the coffee has uniform humidity and the same activity, until the sale of orders after polishing into sacks packaging. Daterra Coffee is the finest Brazilian coffee grown in the pristine rainforest and is the Rainforest Alliance's most important partner in Brazil.
