The Antigua Valley in Guatemala is surrounded by Agua, Fuego and and Acatenango volcanoes. Belacamona Manor is located on the southern slope of the Agua volcano and is geologically well drained and fertile volcanic soil. Annual rainfall 1800mm to 2300mm, hot during the day and cool and dry at night, large temperature difference between day and night, has an ideal micro-climate environment for the production of fine coffee.

The manor is planted with bourbon, Tibica and Kaddura coffee. Coffee grows in the shade of Gravilea trees, allowing the plants to receive the right amount of sunlight. The Zelaya family, the owner of the estate, has been famous for producing high-quality Guatemalan coffee for four centuries. Bella Carmona is its brand and has received many awards since it won the first prize at the Guatemala National Fair in 1935. The Zelaya family's most important commitment is to maintain good coffee quality. Quality control begins with the selection of planted varieties and continuous and rigorous supervision during raw bean processing to ensure that only the best products are exported.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Guatemalan coffee? Is this the name of the ancient capital, the god of flowers? This is the name of a brand, and the meticulous smoky taste is correct. This is the characteristic of Guatemalan coffee. The main factor is caused by volcanic geology. Coffee has saved the Guatemalan economy in the past 100 years. It is estimated that there are about 120000 thousand local producers, which are the main export items.

Huasen is produced by Las Pastores, a well-known local processing plant in Guatemala, and its quality is strictly supervised by the well-known La Minita Raminita Group. These delicate and complicated procedures are all to ensure that the best quality Huashen coffee is provided by the Pastores processing plant.

Antigua is the most famous of the eight major producing areas in Guatemala. The unique volcanic soil shade planting makes the coffee beans in Antigua have a unique and detailed smoky flavor, which is loved by Taiwanese.

True flower god? Fake flower god? Why are there two flower gods?

In the international boutique coffee market, there are two items named after the Flower God, both from the Antigua producing area of Guatemala, one belongs to the "La Folie" of the Bella Carmona estate, and the other belongs to the "La Flor del Caf é" of the Raminita estate (group). Bella Carmona Manor is located in the south of Antigua, the most famous coffee producing area in Guatemala, at an altitude of about 1500-1650m. The name of the estate 'Bella Carmona' is formed by the merger of two family estates, Hacienda Bellavista and Carmona, with an area of about 100ha. It is a small and medium-sized high-quality estate specializing in the production of fine coffee. The main varieties of its important brand'La Folie' (Hua Shen) are bourbon and Kaddura.

Antigua Valley in Guatemala is surrounded by Auga, Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes. The manor planting area is located on the southern slope of the Auga volcano. The geology is well drained and fertile volcanic soil. It is hot in the day, cool and dry at night, and there is a great temperature difference between day and night. It has an ideal micro-climate for producing fine coffee. At the same time, coffee grows in the shade of big trees, allowing plants to receive the right amount of sunlight. The Bella Manor family has been famous for producing fine Guatemalan coffee for four centuries. The coffee production process is based on the consideration of sustainable operation and the continuation of an environmentally friendly ecosystem, not only with shade for all coffees, but also with special emphasis on the development of environmentally friendly water treatment plants. The waste water used in the washing process will be led into the sedimentation tank and the waste in the treatment process will be decayed and used as fertilizer. The harvested coffee fruit is peeled, fermented in a sink, washed and sent to a scaffolding net bed to dry in daylight. When the moisture content of the raw bean with shell is reduced to an appropriate proportion, it will be carefully bagged and sent to the warehouse to continue aging, until it reaches the best flavor balance point, it will be shelled, selected, graded and ready for export. The shelling plant is also located in the manor to ensure complete monitoring of the process and achieve the best quality.
