Cup test report:

Oreya Farmers' Cooperative, which is a large-scale cooperative, has a very large number of samples. Testing a little more coffee will always surprise you.

Kenya has the best coffee in the world, and the vast high altitude plateau is one of their greatest advantages. When I came out of Kenobi Airport, the altitude was as high as 1500 meters, all the way to the coffee producing area of 1800 to 2200 meters, amazing planting hinterland, high altitude, coupled with professional planting, treatment, classification, no wonder the quality of coffee is so good.

Although the overall quality is very high, it still takes some work to find the really high quality. The batch we found this time really jumped out of many samples, a wonderful and complex flavor and aroma, ripe fruit, sweet spices, shallow baking, with aromas of black tea and flowers, with a touch of tropical fruit and honey. After injecting hot water, a very sweet smell of honey is in the top suspension layer of coffee. As the steam gives off, breaking the residue, you will smell a ripe mango flavor and sweetened spices, blackberries and apple juice.
