Indonesia Lasuna Special
Lasuna, the Indonesian goddess about to disappear from the world
More than 400 years ago, the Dutch, who are sea buggies, brought a premium Arabica coffee called Lasuna to Sumatra in Indonesia on red sailboats to grow. The coffee was then shipped back to Europe from the port of Barra Bay under the name Traveler's Coffee. It has been popular in most European courts for 200 years with its unique and outstanding taste, and ranks among the most expensive coffees in the world.
When Indonesia became independent in 1945, Lasuna coffee was planted on about 20,000 hectares in Sumatra, but now only 500 hectares of farmland are located in Takengon District, and the yield has been greatly reduced. The pure lineage of Lasuna coffee is more than 50 years old and needs to be manually harvested. It is the essence of old coffee trees. The most traditional Dutch treatment method is used. From harvesting to washing and sun drying, Lasuna has the most perfect performance. According to the Indonesian Coffee Association, Lasuna coffee will be extinct in 20 years. Such a precious item must not be missed!
