Introduction to Heloro Coffee Manor
Hiro Coffee is grown on the slopes around Lake Attila, one of the most beautiful in the world, surrounded by three active volcanoes. It has a very unique microclimate, which is very hot and dry during the day, but becomes very wet and cold at night. Coffee is grown by local smallholder producers and the coffee they harvest is sent to a centralized processing plant for follow-up processing. The centralized management mode of the treatment plant can strictly monitor the quality of coffee and get the same quality Guatemalan coffee.
