History of Eindhoven Manor

Einhert Manor has always been a pioneer in fine coffee in Central America. About 50 years ago, it was one of the first estates to focus on producing high-quality coffee in a single variety and vertically integrated. These efforts have paid off sweetly for Einhert Manor (and Macadamia Manor), which has won 16 awards in 11 years in the prestigious COE competition, an achievement unmatched by anyone. Einhert Estate has a total area of 447 hectares, most of which are located between 1500 and 2000 meters above sea level. It grows coffee, fruit, basic crops and ornamental plants. The remaining hectares are preserved as millennium forests, giving the estate a special temperature and the right conditions for clean water flowing directly from mountain springs. In addition, it constitutes a perfect habitat for wildlife and is intended to be cultivated within an ecosystem that protects our natural environment. Forest areas surround coffee plantations, with annual rainfall of about 1800-2000 mm and relative humidity of 75%. The soil is deep volcanic, well drained and rich in organic matter.
