The coffee produced on Sumatra Island is commonly known as the Mantenin. In fact, the Mantenin is not a variety of coffee, or a production area. In fact, it is the name of a local race. The more interesting thing is that the Mantenin race is not specialized in growing coffee locally. The real fierce role is the Batak race. They grow high quality coffee near Lake Lindong Toba. Lindong is a small town located near Lake Toba, and Lake Toba is the largest volcanic lake in the world. The hinterland is very large, so the quality of coffee from the north to the east will be very large. We especially found this is the highest grade of "Blue Batak Coffee" from Lindong Coffee!

In the case of Sumatra coffee, this is a rather rare special selection of "round beans"(the same coffee tree, round beans and lentils will have different flavors).

This "Blue Batak Coffee" has a very delicate and bright personality, which is very different from the coarse and deep character of other Sumatra coffees. Complex aromas, a special earthy note, sweet notes of sugar and honey, chocolate, walnut, hazelnut, and herbal notes typical of mantnin coffee.

Wet aromas have sweet "root beer"-like notes and aromatic beer notes, with darker malt aromas and spicy notes. Few mantnings can be roasted lightly, because they are clean and delicate enough to have aromas like molasses sweetness and cloves and cinnamon when sipped. It is much brighter, finer and more vivid than the average Sumatra bean. There is a deep malt flavor, sugar and creamy caramel flavor, delicious, aromatic wood, cinnamon, and has a top wine estate ( Chatelau lafite) will appear in the "cedar" flavor ~~

This is a very good Sumatra coffee. Last year we received a sample of Blue Batak coffee, which was quite amazing at the time, but for some reasons we couldn't ship it smoothly. This time we spent quite a lot of effort to introduce this incredible coffee again. Don't miss it!~~
