Selected micro batches of manor owners
The estate in Santa Cruz Santa Cruz, located in Tarrazu in Tarazu, covers an area of about three hectares, and this batch of washed microbatches is produced by Henry Hernandez Padilla. This micro-processing plant has been passed on to the third generation, focusing on product quality and nature conservation, with perfect dry and wet treatment plants, which enables the quality of coffee to be fully mastered in the production process. They not only obtain coffee fruits from their own estates, but also buy coffee fruits from other local producers, of which Finca Los Lobos has won the ranking of Outstanding Cup for many years.
Today, Costa Rica has become one of the most popular producers, providing a very stable supply of products every year. In Costa Rica, it is purchased directly from such micro-processing plants, and all producers can directly receive the remuneration they deserve.
During the cup test, we found that this coffee was very outstanding and very clean. At that time, we knew that the water content and water activity readings of raw beans taken from this washing plant were always very stable and long-lasting, although this did not guarantee that the flavor must be very good. But it means that the drying process is slow and uniform.
