Kochel is a very high-quality coffee in the Yegashefi region of southern Ethiopia. Due to the high altitude, wild native coffee, and iron-rich soil, it has active citrus acid, floral aroma, sweet and silky taste, coupled with the famous spice flavor and complex fruit flavor of Yega. Make Kochel a rare Yega coffee. The cherries they harvest will first be manually screened by small farmers in the nearby community (kebeles). Most of the coffee trees are "old vines", which is the classic flavor of Ethiopian native species. The treatment plant is located in Teklu Dembel water washing station and is treated by water washing method. The traditional washing method is to remove the pulp and peel from the outside of the fruit (pulped), then put the fruit into a water ditch so that the defective beans can be easily removed, then ferment, and finally dry in the sun to get shell beans.

Taste description: rich ripe fruit, ripe grapes, lemon acid and honey sweet, sweet and meticulous! It has pleasant floral aromas, clear citrus flavours and a hint of dark chocolate on the finish.

36 aromas of coffee: chocolate, vanilla, honey, cream
