Yegashefi Sunburn G-1 from Idido is the highest grade Yegashefi on the market. The classification method of Yejia Shefei is divided into sun-dried beans and water-washed beans. The highest level of sun-dried beans is generally G3 or G4, and most of the water-washed beans are also G2. Abdullah Bagersh, however, adopted a new approach. After harvesting the coffee fruit, he placed it on a shelf to dry for 48 hours, and all by manual stirring of the coffee beans, and then manually picking out the unwanted defective beans. Only then did he succeed in creating the coffee beans of the G1 grade of Yeshifi sun and the highest grade of washing G1.

Bagersh is now in its third generation and is grown at an elevation of 6,000 feet/ 1,800 meters in the area of Aricha Yirgacheffe, and Idido is also the name of the Bagersh family's treatment site.

Dry aroma: lemon sweet, citrus, berry fruit aroma. When hot water is added, milk sugar and lemon sweet taste emerge, with frankincense, citrus and lingering sweet taste.

Sip: Clean, plum, refreshing on the sweet side, with orange notes, citronella on the finish.
