Nicaragua Water Manor El Fuente Rosa Coffee Bean oldest Coffee Manor

This rosy summer comes from the Water Manor (El Fuente) in Nicaragua, which is one of the oldest estates in Nicaragua. It has a history of 150 years and covers an area of 84 hectares, but only a small number of farms are run, and most of the rest are mountain forests. High altitude and dense forests were the best places for guerrillas to hide during the Nicaraguan civil war. Domingo, the owner of the manor, can still remember clearly how bullets flew over the house when he was a child.
The property of the estate belongs to different members of the family, but the coffee garden is managed by Domingo Vargas Domingo. Two years ago, he acquired a coffee garden from his nephew and began to focus on improving the quality of coffee. Planted beans are Catua í (Caturra), Pacas (Pacas), Katim (Catimor), Malakadura (Maracaturra) and so on. Kaddura can have 87 points, which is quite surprising.
Planting rose summer was an accident! Twelve years ago, when the Panamanian rose summer became famous overnight, Domingo's nephew found seeds to plant a batch of rose summer, but later, due to the lack of access to boutique coffee, the rose summer went unnoticed. It was not until Domingo bought his nephew's farmland, discovered the rose forest and sent it to the washing plant in Jinotega to deal with it that everyone realized the potential of the rose summer.
The planting area of Rosa rugosa is only 1 hectare and 1450 meters above sea level, so it is very difficult to harvest, which almost requires expert picking technology, so the number is very limited.
