Production area introduction

This is a small area processing plant in Guji District, Oromo Province, south of Ethiopia. Killenso processing plant translates as "air". There are about 550600 small farmers in this area, all at an altitude of about 1900 to 2000 meters. Coffee from Guji used to be classified directly in the Sidamo area, but now it is emphasized to be independent because of the unique flavor of the area. Insolation and washing are the most common in Ethiopia, whether it is the flavor of berries in the sun or the freshness of citrus flowers. With the progress and transfer of post-processing technology, Ethiopian honey treatment has also begun to appear in the past two years. We are very glad to find that the honey treatment brought in by Tri-up, a raw bean company, not only has three obvious flavors, but also has a light elderberry flavor, so you can spend more time to taste it.

Because of the different soil composition, microclimate and countless native coffee varieties, the coffee produced in each town has obvious differences and characteristics because of the diverse coffee flavor in Sidamo. Shakiso Coffee is located in the Guji Wei producing area in Ethiopia's Sidamo province. This producing area did not often appear in front of everyone in the past, as the Nekisse coffee series launched by 90 +, an international well-known raw bean merchant, was widely praised in the market, and this kind of coffee came from the Shaquiso producing area, which was still unfamiliar to everyone at that time, so the Shaqiso producing area has repeatedly attracted the attention of the whole coffee market.

Shaquiso deviated from most of the coffee growing area and became a unique micro-producing area. It is unique in that the coffee is rich in sweetness, combined with delicate floral aroma and tropical fruit flavor is more impressive, so we recommend it to you.

Floral notes, citrus, honey pineapple, sweet and rich taste
