A selection of manning coffee from small farmers
Indonesia is a large archipelago country composed of many volcanic islands, which inherently has excellent coffee growing environment and latitude, and each island has different characteristics because of its different topography and climate. Among them, Sumatra is the main coffee growing place in Indonesia, and the most famous Mantenin coffee comes from here. Sumatra is divided into two producing areas: the first is Aceh in Aceh in North Sumatra and the second is Linton in Lake Dorba in the south-central part of the country. The most famous planting area in Aceh is the Gayo Mountains, which surrounds Lake Tawa, and is the main producing area of Mantenin, at an altitude of 1100-1300 meters. Mantenin refers to Arabica coffee in northern Sumatra, which derives its name from the local Manning people. Around the scenic Jiayu region of Lake Lake Tawar, with an average annual rainfall of average 2200mm and an excellent average altitude, the coffee growing area is located at about 1300 meters, with volcanic soil that helps to grow coffee. Coffee planting is usually carried out by independent small farmers in this area, and coffee quality is improved by shading trees. Different from the other boutique coffee producing areas in Indonesia, Mantenin produced by Lin Dong in the southwest of Lake Dorba, the coffee in Jiayu area has a more calm and introverted character, usually with a very thick taste and rich chocolate fruit flavor.
India-Myso Gold Brick
India Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold
The highest grade batch of Arabica beans in India
Mysore is located in the Chikmagalur producing area of the city of Karnataka State, India. Other relatively large producing areas are Biligiri, Coorg, Babundagiri, Chikmalagur and Shevaroy. Mysore is a gold mine producing area in India, and it is also rich in coffee beans. It grows coffee beans 1200 meters above sea level. It specially selects washed coffee beans of excellent quality, with the appearance of beans reaching 18 + to 19 mesh, called Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold, with the first letter combination of MNEB. MNEB beans are also at the top of the Indian bean classification (Indian official coffee beans are classified according to Romsda and Arabica, while MNEB, the highest number of beans in the Arabica species, plantation-grown arabica). The coffee produced by Mysore is named "Nuggets" with gold nuggets and gold bricks, and the beans selected must be clean and beautiful washed beans with more than 18 eyes before they can be called Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold. This batch of Masojin bricks is the most advanced proposed by the Coffee Bureau of India. Because MNEB's beans are quite large in diameter, they use (Extra Bold) to describe their bean shape and directly use it as a grading standard. Its sweet flavor and rich aroma enjoy a good reputation in Europe. In the coffee competition assisted by the Indian Coffee Bureau, Macintosh particularly attracted many positive comments from international judges.
