El Salvador El Salvador
This is my second hand-brewed coffee at home.
I think there are three success factors for home hand-brewed coffee. First: the condition of beans, second: temperature control, third: hand-brewing technology. The first hand-brewing test a few days ago was my favorite "Yegashev" among beans, but there was almost no foam during manual dripping. I think there must be something wrong with the freshness of my batch of Yegashev beans. It is true that there is no typical flower fragrance of Yegashev in the aroma presentation.
Later, I opened the brand-new packaging of El Salvador.
To be honest, I have no impression of this Salvadoran bean at all, and I must say that I have absolutely no special intention to buy this bean if it hadn't been recommended by the coffee shop owner. Ha, maybe someone will ask me why? I am actually a very emotional person. In some cases, I don't have my fu just by name. El Salvador, that's it.
Similarly, the fantasy name alone, my fantasy mood is El Salvador. It feels like it is windy and sandy in a very dry place. I feel like there are a lot of rubble piled up in red tile houses. This is a very Man bean-(I must think I'm an idiot.)
