◎ Step 1: do not prepare carelessly in advance, take a picture with a large group of tools

The recommended ratio of coffee powder to water is 1:10 or 1:12, that is, 20g of powder should be accompanied by 200cc water, and so on.

◎ Step 3: coffee filter paper with coffee filter cup

Fold the filter paper at the edges so that it can be placed in the filter cup. The filter paper can be used for 2 or 4 people according to the size of the coffee filter cup.

◎ Step 4: add hot water for steaming

The water temperature can be caught at 85 / 52 / 92 degrees. Use a small pot to slowly inject hot water, soak the coffee powder thoroughly first, steam for about 30 seconds and then evenly inject water clockwise from the inside to the outside and then from the outside to the inside.

◎ Step 5: complete extraction, instant enjoyment

The length of cooking time will affect the extraction efficiency! After the coffee powder is completely extracted and the dripping is completed, remove the filter cup from the shelf and drink it.
