There are two producing areas in the whole world coffee map, no matter how many bakeries offer us, one is Pokuit in Panama, the other is Cochel in Yegashefi, Ethiopia! This Cole Kore is a small community under Kochel, with very small beans and unique sun aroma, which is familiar and satisfying. Ozone's New Zealand roasting gives this coffee more meaning and longer sweetness than Nordic roasting such as Audun and The Coffee Collective, and is a good bean that can't be missed in the near future-unless you're not a Kocher fan.

Kore is the name of the coffee growing and processing village (kebele), located in the Kochere region of Ethiopia, about 25 kilometers from the town of Yirga Cheffe. The soil is reddish brown clay, about 1.5 meters deep, and the harvest time is between November and January. African elevated sun drying is used for sun treatment.

Cochel is located in the southwest of the town of Yegashefi, close to the small village of Ch'elelek'tu in the Gedeo district. The classic Yega Chuefei still shows different flavors according to different communities. For example, Adado is mainly seedy fruit, Konga is citrus and drupe, and Kochel is fruit tea, citrus and drupe. Cochel in the sun is red currant, lime and raspberry lemonade.

The local variety is the Ethiopian native species (Ethiopian Heirloom Variety), it is estimated that there may be 6000 to 10,000 different varieties in Ethiopia, the vast majority of wild coffee grows naturally through cross-pollination, these varieties are still under study, so collectively known as Ethiopian native species, variety melting pot is the main reason why Ethiopia can still produce amazing coffee.
