For a long time, the improved varieties with good disease resistance in the boutique coffee circle have always had a bad impression, especially the first generation Hybrid such as Catimo. However, in the recent COE competition, many mixed varieties of manors have been praised by international judges, refreshing everyone's bad impression of mixed varieties. F1 generally refers to the first generation of mixed varieties, such as the award-winning Centroamericano in Nicaragua is the combination of Sarchimo with high disease resistance and Rume Sudan with better flavor.

The F 1 of three Wonders Manor is a mixture of Villa Sarchi, Sarchimo, and Rume Sudan. Villa Sarchi is a mutant of Bourbon in Costa Rica. Sarchimo is a hybrid of Villa Sarchi and Timor with a little Robusta pedigree. Rume Sudan is a high quality variety in Africa. Three varieties are mixed together to form an improved variety with good flavor and disease resistance. According to bean merchants, this sunburned version of F 1 has a distinct juice taste, peach and cranberry flavor, and a clean texture.
