SHG Andalusia Manor Pacamara washing Finca Andalucia Pacamara Washed in El Salvador
Anda Lucia Manor is located in the Santa Ana volcano producing area (Ilamatepec) in El Salvador, which was founded in 1940. There are many important factors that make the Manor Andalucia one of the most outstanding estates in El Salvador, the most important of which is its very high elevation, which allows coffee trees to grow at a very suitable temperature at a height of more than 1440 meters. at the same time, the manor is rich in pozzolanic soil and self-sufficient streams.
The Anda Lucia Manor is run by the Lima family. It mainly grows traditional coffee varieties such as bourbon or Pacamara, while the owner maintains the traditional and primitive features of the garden, allowing the coffee trees to grow under the lush traditional Inga shade trees. Anda Lucia Manor has been certified by the Rainforest Alliance for many years, because there are many different tree species in the manor. Visitors can find many animals and plants endemic to El Salvador in Andalucia Manor, and the landowner also uses organic farming to provide the most appropriate growth model for coffee trees.
