Crown Manor in Jiayu, Indonesia is our first contract with local farmers in Indonesia.

The owner of the manor is Lamhot Simanjorang. The owner has been planting coffee for more than 10 years. The coffee is planted at an altitude of about 1750m. The pericarp of coffee is usually used in fertilizer. It is stipulated that the average height of the tree in the farm is about 1.6m, and the distance between trees is 3 meters. In this distance, other crops can be planted and farmers can have the income of other crops. Pesticides and herbicides are not used in the process of planting. We also cooperate with Mr. Lamhot Simanjorang for the first time to deal with micro batches of solarization, honey treatment and other treatments. During the solarization process, we set up scaffolding to use slow drying to avoid excessive fermentation. In addition, during the honey production process, we must also place the scaffolding in the scaffolding and turn it every hour on the African scaffolding, so as to avoid excessive fermentation and mildew, and in the process of raw bean selection. It is also selected by machine twice and manual three times, so that Jiayu Manning of Crown Manor has a new flavor.
