Cold extraction concentrate

12 ounces of coffee

60 ounces of filtered cold water

Mix water and coffee powder to make sure all coffee powder is fully soaked and soak in a sealable jar for 10-12 hours. Filter the coffee powder when drinking, dilute it with 1:1 water or ice cubes and drink directly (friends who like a stronger flavor can try 3:2).

Japanese iced coffee

22 grams of coffee powder (rough texture like table salt)

110 grams of ice

230g filtered water, 200℉

Put the ice into the cup that holds the coffee. Put the coffee powder into a filter bowl and electronically weigh the degree to zero.
