Special color:

A combination of berries, honey, fragrant cheese, sweet peaches, malic acid, fruit wine finish.

Introduction of the producing area:

Beloya/Biloya became famous for the village located in the lovely Kochere area southwest of Yejasuefe, but has always been translated as Cochell in Taiwan. Around 2007, NinetyPlus made a hit with the coffee produced in this village area, making Biluoya one of the best-known producing areas in Yegashifi. In recent years, Ninety Plus has changed its approach and no longer uses a source-identifiable name as its product.

Since then, Beloya/Biloya (English transliteration of local place names, virtually no difference) usually refers to two meanings:

(1) established in 1976, it now has about 2080 members. In 2002, it joined the Biloya Cooperative, which was founded by the Yega Sheffield Coffee Cooperative Union (YCFCU).

(2) Coffee cherries from the area near the village of Biloya, coffee processed by a privately owned local processing plant.

As far as origin is concerned, there is no difference between the two mentioned above, except that the export is handled by the cooperative processing plant or sent to the ECX competitive bidding export.
