The Osaya Farmers' Cooperative (Othaya Farmers'Cooperative Society) is located in the Nyeri producing area of the central highlands of Kenya, about 120km north of the capital Nairobi, is currently the largest coffee farmers' organization in Kenya, which is almost self-organized and managed by small farmers and is Fairtrade certified. The vision of the Osaya Cooperative is to become the best managed cooperative in Kenya; the ultimate goal is to produce the highest quality coffee, sell it at the best price, and enable all its members and farmers to live the best life.

The Osaya Cooperative currently has 19 water washing plants (Thuti,Chinga,Ichamama,Mahiga,Kagere,Gatuyaini,Kamoko,Kiaguthu,Kiruga,Gichichi,Iriaini,Gatugi,Rukira,Kiaga,Gura,Kagonye,Kamoini,Karuthi,Gitundu) and a drying plant located in Jiadu Yeni Gatuyaini, which is responsible for handling all shell beans sent from the washing plants, including shelling, grading, etc., and there are special cup testers to test each batch. Ensure that the quality meets the requirements before export to the consuming countries. In addition, the cooperative has a nursery in which a batch of 120000 seeds can be planted, the qualified seeds purchased from the Coffee Research Foundation of Kenya are germinated into seedlings and then sold to coffee farmers belonging to the cooperative, including SL28 (suitable for medium and high altitude agricultural land), SL34 (suitable for high-density planting and areas with high rainfall), Ruiru 11 (suitable for any agricultural land with good disease resistance) and Batian (high yield and good disease resistance).

Farmers grow coffee at an altitude of about 1800 meters, with an annual rainfall of 1200mm--1500mm.

Coffee growers here grow at an altitude of more than 1700-1800 meters above sea level, and are rich in minerals and volcanic soil to make coffee trees grow well. In the manor, two different varieties of coffee trees, SL34 and SL28, are planted. Coffee trees bloom from March to April and harvest from November to December.

Kamoko has about 1000 farmers working and can handle about 300t coffee beans every year. These farmers will dry the processed coffee beans in the African viaduct for 2 to 3 weeks and turn them manually regularly so that the coffee beans can be evenly exposed. In the Kikuyu language, Kamoko means "sweet potato", so it is named sweet potato in Chinese.

Taste analysis: dark plum fruit notes, blueberry, blackcurrant, sandalwood, bright acidity, sweet and sour juicy, clean and no grass flavor
