Located in southeastern Africa, Malawi is a landlocked country that does not rely on the sea. About 1/5 of its land area is an inland lake. The country is also a member of the East African Fine Coffee Association (EAFCA). This coffee bean comes from the Pamwamba cooperative made up of small farmers in the THYOLO highland region of southern Malawi. The vast majority of farmers in this area abide by organic fertilization. The raw coffee bean treatment system is high, the bean shape is average, the obvious flower and fruit flavor and spice are sweet, the nutty aroma is slightly sweet, more creamy, and the entrance has a soft citrus aroma. After cooling, the berry acidity becomes more prominent, the aroma is complex, and the Body is rich. Sticky mouth, long-lasting rhyme.
