On the one hand, the author is the current director of the excellent organization, and in addition, he has served as a judge of the Excellence Cup for 30 games, and he is also in the ranks of being invited. It goes without saying that he is honored and excited.

In the case of Amazon organic cooperatives, its unique vanilla smell is comparable to the high-altitude producing areas of Bolivia! She is not only a qualified cooperative registered by the Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance, but also has obtained tripartite organic certification from the United States, the European Union and Japan. Please take a look at the appearance of this batch of sacks:
At present, it has 280 families and grows coffee varieties such as Typica, Caturra and Catimor. The harvest season is mainly from June to October. The average planting scale of cooperative members is less than 1.5 hectares, and planting and harvesting are done manually. Under the guidance of experts invited by the association, farmers learn to harvest ripe red cherry fruits, pick them to the cooperative washing plant for post-treatment, and carry out water washing fermentation and later stage washing and drying operations. The latter part of the sun is mainly exposed to the natural sun on the terrace or African scaffolding, and the cooperative members are willing to make efforts to improve the quality. And get the support of international buyers and be willing to purchase for a long time.
