This rare pink bourbon variety was first planted in Huilan area and was first mixed with other bourbon and Kaddura before being picked and treated separately. Among the many kinds of coffee on the front street, the coffee is pink bourbon, Isabella coffee from Huilan District of Colombia, with fruit aromas of berries and virgins in the mouth, honey sweetness after cooling, smooth and clean taste.
As we walked down over time, in El Salvador, we found a natural hybrid of bourbon, called Pacas, and then Pacas was transplanted to Honduras. Pacas coffee has a bright floral flavor and a mellow taste.
