The Duque family farm is the size of a small city. A beautiful landscape with a combination of traditional buildings and natural environment. It is a farm that people expect to improve their quality for a long time and steadily.

Five or six years ago, the farm and everyone began to try to cultivate new varieties, challenging the cultivation of unusual varieties such as Java, Rosa, Mocha, Pacamara and so on. In order to improve the quality of coffee, in 2015 they began to try a variety of new processing methods. Anaerobic treatment is one of the treatment methods which has been tested for many times, mainly aiming at the humid processing environment in Colombia, so that the coffee fruit is not affected by the external environment to produce coffee beans with stable quality. This year they stabilized the anaerobic treatment, using large custom stainless steel buckets. It was processed with Java varieties of all-red fruit. After anaerobic treatment, Java has a delicate flavor and a long back rhyme. It has a unique fragrance that blooms vaguely.

This batch of coffee is the mocha coffee grown six years ago. Mocha, which originated in Yemen, belongs to the variation of Iron pickup Coffee and is an ancient and rare coffee variety in the world. The mocha introduced by Yalochina Manor not only has the consistent complex and supple characteristics of mocha coffee itself, but also magnifies the sweet and sour cherry and tropical fruit flavor of this coffee in the way of sun treatment.
