Origin rating system of Brazilian Coffee
Brazilian coffee grading system is very special, is based on the use of Brazilian cup test results obtained as the primary basis for grading, rather than like most other coffee beans, will refer to altitude, bean size and so on. Brazilian coffee is divided into 5 grades:
